Refund & Pricing Policy

Pricing

RCMFlow starts with a 30-day free trial — no credit card and no commitment. After the trial, RCMFlow is $20 per tax ID, per month. A "tax ID" is a billing group (practice/entity) you manage in your account. Every account includes all modules, unlimited team members, and unlimited client portals — you only pay for the number of tax IDs you manage.

Billing

After your free trial ends, your subscription is billed monthly in advance based on the number of tax IDs active on your account. If you add or remove tax IDs, your next monthly charge adjusts accordingly. Access to RCMFlow is by invitation and is set up by our team.

Free trial

During the 30-day free trial you are not charged and can stop at any time with nothing owed. We will not begin billing until you have agreed to a paid plan — you will never be charged automatically at the end of the trial without your confirmation.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing info@rcmflow.io. Cancellation stops all future billing. When you cancel, your account remains active through the end of the current paid month, after which it closes. There is no long-term contract.

Refunds

New customers — 7-day satisfaction guarantee.If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first paid charge, contact us for a full refund of that first month's payment.

Monthly payments. Because RCMFlow is billed month-to-month, we do not provide partial-month refunds for the current billing period when you cancel — your access simply continues until the end of that paid month.

Billing errors. If you are ever charged in error, charged after cancelling, or charged a duplicate amount, we will refund it in full. Just let us know.

How to request a refund

Email info@rcmflow.io from the address on your account with your company name and the charge in question. We aim to respond within two business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Changes

We may update pricing or this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and any price change will be communicated before it applies to your account.
